Giving Back

We believe in being good stewards of our local communities. We regularly schedule volunteer events with Habitat for Humanity, Arbor Day, and other causes near our employees’ hearts. From company-wide efforts to individual service, giving back emphasizes common values and an appreciation for the places we call home.

Safety Program

The safety of our employees, clients, and visitors is a top priority of AKS. Our goal is zero workplace accidents. To achieve this, AKS has established a safety and health program adapted to fundamental occupational safety and health concepts that will help us prevent injury and illness due to hazards. Safety information is communicated through staff meetings, tailgate meetings, weekly announcements, and other routine communications. We require all employees to be actively involved in preventing injuries and at the same time, the management of AKS is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
