This person will provide support for site development projects by applying land use policy and regulations and will manage the preparation of land use entitlements. Land Development Project Manager
AKS has immediate openings for permanent full-time Senior Project Managers with a minimum of 10 years of experience. This individual would be responsible for managing site development projects, managing a civil design team, coordinating with jurisdictions, and maintaining client relations. The preferred candidate would be self-motivated and have a background in managing commercial site design, residential subdivision design, roadway design, and public infrastructure design. Knowledge and familiarity with local codes and agency standards is important.
